We've finally ditched our old ticketing system and switched to something that's
at least current and maintained. Part of the new ticketing software includes a
KB portion, so we've converted the old KB over to this one. We're still light
on content, but I'm working on it. One of the cool things is that the ticketing
software suggests relevant KB articles while you're working a ticket...
