THHGTTG

We watched this flick last nite. I was the only one that had previously read the book inh our family. Apparently, the movie makes absolutely no sense if you've not already read the book (so sayeth everyone here anyway) and if you have read the book, the movie just annoys you. I truly can't believe that Mr Adams gave his OK to any of this crap. The characters are off (Zaphod having a head in his neck?!), Marvin looks like something you'd see on a Teletubby episode, and the changes to the story are so drastic that it's not the same story. It's almost like Scary Movie or Epic Movie where they mock the original stories and change them around. This movie is crap. Avoid it. Spend the time reading the book. Seriously.
