Premonition

Tina bought this movie as a surprise last nite, and we sat down and watched it. I enjoyed it, but it certainly wasn't what I was expecting. I love Sandra. And I like the guy who played her husband (from Nip/Tuck and Charmed). I liked the suspense in the movie and I like how Sandra's character kept changing the timeline and trying to figure out what was going on. I'm not really sure that I understand the ending. I think it's some of the usual "you can't change fate" stuff, but there was enough different after she got done w/ the timeline that I'm not entirely sure that was their point after all. I'm going to have to watch it again at least once and try to piece it all together. There's an alternate ending on the DVD that I'm leery of watching. I have a feeling the alternate ending is the 'expected' ending and I don't want the commentary that comes w/ it to reveal anything to me (I want to figure it out myself). I'd definetely recommend this movie, don't get me wrong. It's just not what I expected based on the previews and the blurbs I'd seen/read. It also felt short to me.
